General Criteria for Legends (business or person resides in the LKN region)– Business owners with 15 years of longevity in ownership with significant experiences

CEOs/Presidents managing significant companies or divisions. Retired C suite leaders or business owners with substantial experience to share with the organization. Approval of our Committee

General Criteria for Leaders (business or person reside in the LKN region)–Must be nominated by an existing Legend.

Business owner with less than 15 years of longevity in ownership

Non CEO - C suite leaders with significant responsibilities to the success of the business
