Carolina HealthWorks is a Chamber-exclusive health insurance program offered through Blue Cross Blue Shield of North Carolina, designed to give small and mid-sized businesses access to more affordable, high-quality healthcare coverage.
Through the collective strength of Chamber membership, businesses may qualify for better rates and plan options typically reserved for larger organizations.
Carolina HealthWorks uses a Multiple Employer Welfare Arrangement (MEWAJ approach - allowing
small businesses across North Carolina to join together to access rate advantages and benefits more commonly available to larger groups.

North Carolina small businesses with 2-50 employees
Must be a member of the Lake Norman Chamber of Commerce,
the NC Chamber, or another participating local chamber Coverage is available to employees and eligible dependents
