Lake Norman Chamber Diversity Meeting
The Lake Norman Chamber Diversity Council, established in 2008, is dedicated to fostering an inclusive and welcoming community for all. Our mission is to support and empower businesses and individuals from diverse backgrounds, including small businesses, minority-owned enterprises, women entrepreneurs, and others with unique needs or challenges.
We strive to:
Promote community engagement and collaboration.
Encourage conversations that celebrate diversity and inclusivity.
Address issues and opportunities that impact race, culture, gender, ability, sexual identity, and other important aspects of our community and region.
This meeting is open to everyone. Whether you're a Chamber member, community leader, or simply passionate about advancing diversity and inclusion, we invite you to join us in shaping a more connected and equitable future.

2025 Champion of Diversity Award Nomination
The concept of diversity encompasses acceptance and respect. It means understanding that each individual is unique and recognizing our individual differences. The Lake Norman Chamberer Annually recognizes an organization, business, or individual who works to unite our region across cultures, racial, sexual, or political barriers. This year's honoree will be recognized at the Diversity Luncheon Thursday, September 11, 2025 at Northstone Country Club.
