Quarterly Meeting of Regional Nonprofits Scheduled for Tuesday, June 19th

nonprofitsEach quarter, the Lake Norman Chamber engages area nonprofits in a roundtable discussion of their activities and events. The purpose is to allow nonprofits to share their mission and current activities so that our organizations can collaborate and assist each other. The last meeting was held March 20th at the Levine & Dickson Hospice House ? Huntersville. Previous meetings have been held at Lydia's Loft, The Ada Jenkins Center, and the Lake Norman Chamber.

Our next meeting has been scheduled for Tuesday, June 19th at Collaborative Solution Group, Ballroom 9820 Northcross Center Court in Huntersville. The event will be held 9:00 to 10:30 am.

We will share what our nonprofits are doing, have a brief ten minute presentation from Thrivent Financial who will share information on potential grants for area nonprofits, and have a program on board development facilitated by Bill Russell ? president of the Lake Norman Chamber.

Also attending is the Lake Norman Chamber 2018 Chair of Community Affairs John Crutchfield.
