Helping Others Help Themselves (H.O.H.T.) is a volunteer organization established to help communities find solutions to unemployment by, as the name implies, “helping others help themselves.” H.O.H.T. believes that building your network is the key to finding a job, and provides educational programs and networking events to help people accomplish this goal. Additionally, H.O.H.T. maintains a free online job bank to help connect employers with potential employees in the community.
