The Frequently Asked Questions addresses the answers to the most frequently asked questions regarding the Chamber’s Business Expo taking place Thursday, June 2nd at the Davidson College Belk Arena.
The Rules and Regulations must be adhered to by all exhibitors.
This year all exhibitors will have the ability to load-in to the facility starting at 7:00 am on Thursday, October 11th. All exhibitors are asked to bring at least one additional person with them for unloading. When stopped in the Loading Zone, you will have ten minutes before being asked to proceed to satellite parking. Exhibitors are asked to park in Satellite parking and walk back to the recreation center. Exhibitors should be set up by 10:30 am. No one will be allowed to leave a vehicle unmanned and the load out procedure at 5 pm will be identical to load in.
For Lunch this year we have an amazing set of menus being served by HoneyBaked Ham and On The Border Catering for only $8 each. You can view the menus here: Expo Lunch Menu. If you wish to purchase tickets for your staff or customers attending the Expo, we have them on sale at the Chamber offices starting Wednesday, October 3rd. If you are unable to purchase your lunch tickets prior to October 3rd you will be able to purchase them the day of the event at the at the registration table.
