VIP RECEPTION / MIXER for Expo Exhibitors & Show Sponsors ONLY Wednesday, October 9th 5-7pm during vendor set-up Huntersville Recreation Center, 11836 Verhoeff Road.  We will have food, beer, wine and volunteers to help you unload and set your booth for the big show!  

VENDORS:  Please plan to set your booth Wednesday, October 9th between 4-7pm OR Thursday, October 10th 7:30-10am.
