November Focus Friday
2017 Tax Updates
Will Congress deliver? - Do we want them to?
November 17, 2017
8:30am – 10:00am
Remember Tax Armageddon 2013? Tax laws were expiring, Congress and the President were at an impasse and many thought the world was getting ready to crumble. Fast forward 4 years and what do we see? Congress attempting to overhaul tax law and a president wanting your tax return to fit on a postcard. You think 2013 was scary? You ain’t seen nothing yet!!! Join us Friday, November 17th from 8:30-10 am for the Lake Norman Chamber Focus Friday held at the chamber 19900 West Catawaba Ave in Corneius - Suite 201 Randy Marion Board Room.
This will not be a “boring” tax seminar. During this 1½ hour block, we will separate tax fact from tax fiction, address how to accomplish tax planning during uncertain times, and review some simple but forgotten end-of-year planning techniques regardless of what’s happening in Washington.
